FRP Boardwalk: Construction Case Study of the Minami-Kan Final Disposal Site
Lightweight and ultra-high! Introducing examples of construction using FRP materials that are resistant to UV rays and moisture!
We would like to introduce the "Minakan Final Disposal Site" in Kumamoto Prefecture as an example of the construction of the FRP boardwalk. In response to the inertia of the Kumamoto Prefecture Minakan Town industrial waste final disposal site, a boardwalk was developed to allow for a stroll around the ponds near the building. FRP materials, which are resistant to ultraviolet rays and moisture, were selected with consideration for the prefecture's water environment, and both the substructure and the decking were adopted. 【Construction Example】 ■ Kumamoto Prefecture ■ Construction completed in September 2015 ■ W4.0m × L12.75m ■ W2.0m × L18.0m ■ W3.0m × L6.0m * For more details, please refer to the catalog or feel free to contact us.
